After over a decade spent cooking in some of the world’s most renowned kitchens and training alongside the three Michelin-starred, World’s Best Chef Mauro Colagreco, Chef Nino La Spina joins Florie's kitchen as Chef de Cuisine.

A native of Italy, Chef Nino brings his extensive knowledge and deep passion for memorable culinary experiences from GrandCoeur in Paris—the popular restaurant and brasserie by Chef Mauro Colagreco in France’s romantic capital—where he most recently served as Executive Chef. Prior to his time at GrandCoeur, La Spina served as Sous Chef at Cologreco’s celebrated Mirazur in Menton, ranked #1 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 list
