This Thanksgiving, gather with loved ones at Florie’s for an abundant holiday feast that celebrates togetherness, gratitude, and the flavors of the season. Enjoy a lavish buffet experience from midday through evening, filled with Chef Mauro Colagreco’s signature Mediterranean touch and the vibrant spirit of Palm Beach.
Guests will begin with an Ice Raw Bar and Seafood Display featuring Florida Stone Crabs, East Coast Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail, and Local Snapper Ceviche — a showcase of the region’s freshest coastal offerings.
Seasonal highlights continue with Roasted Acorn Squash Salad with maple-syrup dressing, Seared Tuna Niçoise, and comforting favorites like Butternut Squash and Apple Soup with brie toast. The centerpiece of the feast, Joyce Farms Slow-Roasted Turkey, is accompanied by chestnut and thyme stuffing, sage gravy, and orange cranberry sauce.
Guests joining for dinner will also enjoy Florie’s specialties, including Mini Burrata with Roasted Squash and Honey-Lime Vinaigrette, Coffee-Rubbed Dry Aged Rib Eye, and Roasted Lamb Saddle filled with spinach, pine nuts, and apricots.
No Thanksgiving celebration would be complete without a decadent dessert spread — from Classic Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Pecan Pie to Vanilla Chai Crème Brûlée, Salted Caramel Budino, and 72% Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Profiteroles.
A feast for all ages, Florie’s also offers a special children’s buffet and festive favorites to delight the little ones.
