As a chef without borders, Florie’s menus are inspired by Mauro Colagreco’s multicultural background and global culinary vision, and our Sunday Brunch is no exception.  Florie’s open kitchen hosts interactive chef stations, a seafood bar offers oysters and assorted seafood, table side entreés complement the station offerings and a dessert display presents Florie’s sweet confections while our robust Champagne Bar offers classic Mimosas and Bellinis.
