This rare collaboration brings together two of Palm Beach’s most celebrated chefs, each known for their globally inspired yet deeply personal approach to cuisine. Chef Diego’s Mediterranean-rooted sensibility meets Chef Pushkar’s modern interpretation of Indian and coastal flavors in a five-course tasting menu that invites guests on a journey of seasonality, craftsmanship, and shared passion.

Guests will begin the evening with an intimate reception featuring canapés like Yellowfin Tuna Bomb with avocado green goddess and spicy soy, and Ginger and Persimmon Tartlet with tomato tartar and lemon-ginger zest — before sitting down to courses including Saffron-Goat Cheese and Red Pepper Tortellini, Local Fish Pollichathu wrapped in banana leaf with coconut hollandaise, and Lamb Saddle with kumquat, spinach farse, and fermented black garlic mousseline.

To conclude, Pastry Chef Bashar takes the spotlight with a Cardamom-spiced Caraïbe Chocolate Cake paired with citrus gel and blood orange sorbet — and a sweet farewell of Saffron-Lychee Macarons to take home.
