A Taste of Mirazur with Mauro Colagreco

Florie's Chef Partner, internationally acclaimed Chef Mauro Colagreco, has much to celebrate. The prestigious Michelin Guide France recently awarded Colagreco’s flagship restaurant, Mirazur in Menton, France, its third Michelin star in its 2019 edition. To celebrate this premier culinary accolade, chef Colagreco will host “A Taste of Mirazur” dinner on Friday, March 15th.
This one-night only menu expresses Florie’s Mediterranean spirit and the shared characteristics of the French Riviera and Palm Beach –an abundance of sea, sun-drenched gardens and local produce. Florie’s Bar welcomes guests in a toast to the evening with a garden-driven cocktail. A five-course dinner menu follows, highlighting South Florida twists on Mirazur signatures. Sommelier Jessica Altieri curates optional wine pairings to accompany the multi-course menu.
